Return & Refund policy

If you would like to cancel an order within 24 hours, email us at akshay@oxiv.co.in or WhatsApp us at 6382481583. If orders have not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund your amount within 3-5 business days in your original method of payment mode.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the returned product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.
